Services. Handstack Movers provides Packing Services, Unpacking Services, Junk Removal, Piano Moving, Furniture Moving, Appliance Removal and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Handstack Movers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Handstack Movers does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Handstack Movers's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Handstack Movers in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Handstack Movers from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. LA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in LA.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
